3 Big Questions to Ask for 2018 Revenue Strategy

Listening to your customers will. Find the best way to marry “inbound marketing” with “outbound sales.” We built a nice digital content marketing engine that generates a lot of business.  To take things to an even higher level, we’re experimenting with how to best use the data we collect from our online inbound efforts to maximize ROI on offline outbound initiatives.

Christopher Lester, Founder of C4ward Strategies, on your customer experience:
“The world of SAAS and API integrations has leveled the playing field! Every brand, no matter the size, budget or savviness, has access to the tools they need to create an amazing customer experience.  Through segmentation, automation and dynamic content the smallest brand around can market like Coca-Cola . . . the question is, do you want to? And if you do, what does that look like?”
