BIO: Michelle Fischer is director of ad operations and events for LBM Journal. She joined the company in 2011 as operations assistant and has steadily grown her responsibilities over time to oversee all print and digital ad operations as well as event planning. She manages and coordinates the planning and promotion for the annual LBM Strategies Conference, which is held in a different city each year, and hosts approximately 200 industry leaders for education, networking, and more. In addition to coordinating daily breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, and cocktail receptions, this year’s event includes chartering buses for a site visit and catered lunch at an attendee’s company. Michelle lives in Lakeville, Minnesota with her husband, son, and rescue animals.
